You&#039;re right on point here. The reason I asked the question was that I was floored by a recommendation made to leaders to allocate only a small percentage of their time to people development.  I really disagree and feel strongly in my work, like you, that people development is in fact the major priority of any leader. That&#039;s how things get done.
